ABSTRACT

Introducción: Una de las tareas básicas en las investigaciones es la realización de herramientas con contenidos acordes con el tema que se desea estudiar, lo cual puede solucionarse mediante los criterios de expertos, que permiten la confección de instrumentos confiables y su aplicabilidad en las ciencias biomédicas. Objetivo: Describir los resultados del proceso de selección de expertos para la validación teórica de los instrumentos utilizados en la estrategia de superación profesional de los cirujanos en el periodo preoperatorio mediato. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo en el Hospital General Docente Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso de Santiago de Cuba, desde diciembre de 2019 hasta marzo de 2021. El universo estuvo constituido por 25 expertos, a quienes se les aplicó el test de autovaloración y el método Delphi. Resultados: Se halló que 17 (68,0 %) doctores en ciencias obtuvieron coeficiente de competencia alto y 6 (24,0 %) medio, los cuales fueron seleccionados para validar los instrumentos y el programa docente de la investigación. Los expertos consideraron que en dichos instrumentos existió suficiencia claridad, coherencia y relevancia. A pesar de que no alcanzaron la calificación máxima, todos obtuvieron entre 3 y 4 puntos, por lo que no se realizaron cambios en los ítems. Conclusiones: La validación del contenido de los instrumentos sirvió para fortalecer las herramientas utilizadas en la investigación, la experiencia en la actividad profesional y en la función científico - investigativa.


Introduction: One of the basic tasks in the investigations is the realization of tools with contents according to the topic that is wanted to study, which can be solved by means of the experts criteria that allow the making of reliable instruments and their implementation in the biomedical sciences. Objective: To describe the results of the experts selection process for the theoretical validation of the instruments used in the strategy of the surgeons professional training during the mediate preoperative period. Methods: A qualitative and quantitative study was carried out at Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso Teaching General Hospital in Santiago de Cuba, from December, 2019 to March, 2021. The universe was constituted by 25 experts to whom the self-appraisal test and Delphi method were applied. Results: It was found that 17 (68.0 %) doctors in science obtained high competence coefficient and 6 (24.0 %) mean competence coefficient, which were selected to validate the instruments and the teaching program of investigation. The experts considered that in this instruments existed sufficiency, clarity, coherence and relevance. Although they didn't reach the maximum qualification, all of them obtained between 3 and 4 points, reason why changes in the items were not carried out. Conclusion: The validation of the instruments content was good to strengthen the tools used in the investigation, the experience in the professional activity and in the scientist - investigative function.

ABSTRACT

Objective To understand the status qua of professional abilities and training needs of young administrators in a certain Affiliated Hospital of the University in Guangzhou, and to formulate a tentative exploration of the training plan for their specialized abilities on hospital management.Methods A questionnaire was prepared on the basis of literature review, and 58 young administrators for a specified affiliated hospital of a university in Guangzhou were surveyed.Results The respondents consider that the professional abilities were rather important for them, but the scores of the status qua were generally lower than that of importance, especially in terms of the knowledge of medicine, law and psychology, and the skills of scientific research, innovation and Time management.They are also of the view that the training frequency was not enough and the forms were not as ideal as expected.Conclusion A three-stages training plan has been laid forward include Rotation Training, the Youth Management Salon and further education.

ABSTRACT

Resumo: A partir do tema escolhido para as comemorações e os debates referentes ao Dia do(a) Assistente Social (15 de maio), o texto reflete sobre as competências profissionais e as atribuições privativas de assistentes sociais. Para tanto, desenvolve primeiramente uma reflexão a respeito do impacto das condições objetivas para o trabalho profissional para, posteriormente, apresentar e problematizar um conjunto de ações desenvolvidas pelo Conjunto CFESS-Cress na afirmação das atribuições privativas e, especialmente, das competências profissionais desta categoria.


Abstract: From the theme chosen for the celebration and debate related to the Social Worker´s Day (May 15th), the article is about the social workers´ professional abilities and specific assignments. To do so, first it deals with the impact of the objective conditions on the professional work, and then it presents and questions about a set of actions developed by CFESS-Cress (Federal Council of Social Work-Regional Council of Social Work) in stating the specific assignments and, specially, the professional abilities of this category.

ABSTRACT

Introducción: la estrategia para implementar la concepción didáctica del proceso de formación en idioma Inglés en estudiantes de Medicina está centrada en la integración de las habilidades comunicativas del Inglés y las habilidades profesionales del médico constituye la contribución práctica de la investigación sobre dicho proceso en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Pinar del Río. Objetivo: valorar la factibilidad de la estrategia para el proceso de formación en idioma Inglés en estudiantes de Medicina. Material y método: se desarrolló un estudio basado en el método dialéctico-materialista. Se utilizó un sistema de métodos del nivel teórico: histórico-lógico y sistémico-estructural. Del nivel empírico: encuestas, entrevistas y estadístico la consulta a expertos a través del Método Delphi para validar su factibilidad. Resultados: se analizan definiciones sobre el concepto estrategia definiéndose la estrategia para implementar la concepción didáctica del proceso de formación en idioma Inglés en estudiantes de Medicina; se determinan las debilidades y fortalezas de dicho proceso; se declaran cuatro acciones estratégicas específicas, se establecen objetivos específicos y se exponen los criterios de expertos acerca de la propuesta. Conclusiones: se reveló la importancia del perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación en idioma Inglés en estudiantes de Medicina; se evidenció la coherencia entre los fundamentos teóricos asumidos y la estrategia propuesta, y la factibilidad de su implementación en el contexto de la carrera de Medicina en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Pinar del Río.


Introduction: the strategy to implement the educational concept of the training process in English in medical students is focused on the integration of communication skills of English and professional skills of the physician is the practical contribution of the research on this process at the University Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río. Objective: to assess the feasibility of the strategy for the training process in English in medical students. Material and methods: a study based on the dialectical materialist method was developed. Historical and logical and systemic-structural: a system of theoretical methods used. Empirical level: surveys, interviews and statistical consulting experts through the Delphi method to validate its feasibility. Results: definitions of the concept are discussed strategy defined strategy to implement the didactic conception of the process of English language training in medical students; the strengths and weaknesses of the process are determined; four specific strategic actions are declared, objectives and criteria are established experts on the proposal are set. Conclusions: the importance of improving the process of English language training in medical students revealed; consistency between the assumed theoretical foundations and the proposed strategy and the feasibility of its implementation in the context of the career of Medicine at Medical University of Pinar del Rio was evident.
